Chef Remzi Güçlü
Born in Nevşehir in 1977, Remzi Güçlü started his cooking career at a young age by working with his father, Hacı Abdullah, who was a chef. Chef Remzi, who completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Nevşehir, is one of the first graduates of Abant İzzet Baysal University, Mengen Culinary Department.
Career
He started his professional career by working as a cook at Çırağan Palace. Later, he continued as Executive Chef at Istanbul Hilton, Konya Hilton and Banyan Far East restaurants.
Chef Remzi, who has a good career in the field of cooking, served as the head of the Culinary Department of Cappadocia University for 10 years in order to transfer his knowledge and experience to new generations. During this period, it has demonstrated outstanding success in international competitions and trained new quality chefs for the culinary industry.
